13. “Applicable building official” means the state accountable for the use of the adopted building code as implemented through the local, municipal or county jurisdiction where a building is situated. 14. "Registered interior designer" means an individual identified by this condition who's registered, qualified by education, experience and examination and meeting all of the needs established within the Condition Architectural and Registered Designers Act and also the Board’s rules.
